Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided with first raise after certification; full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location in Mesa, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
