Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional at Action Behavior Centers works one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and supporting kids through activities like reading, movement, and hands-on play. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire, and entails a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; some Saturdays).
