Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional role providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years; responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, data collection, facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (with paid RBT certification training provided), ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
