Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional works one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided. The role requires being at least 18 years old with a Bachelor’s degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete the paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with potential Saturday coverage based on patient needs; location Shoreview, MN.
