Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. Duties include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play and hands-on activities, staying active during therapy, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, camp counselor, tutor)
- Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus (QMHP, behavioral health technician)
