Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and collaborating with a team to support growth. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days. Compensation varies by education level, with hourly rates equivalent to $20–$25.50 for Bachelor’s Degree holders and higher for Master’s. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with possible Saturdays; full-time position in Coon Rapids, MN. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.
