Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional available for full-time, daytime ABA therapy roles working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities, maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire; duties center on helping children build communication, social, and independent skills in a clinic setting in Blaine, MN.
