Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays. Location: Highlands Ranch, CO; Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Salary depends on education level (Bachelor’s: $20–$25.50/hour) with annualized range $41,600–$53,040.
