Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, ability to move between activities and positions, reliable attendance, and willingness to obtain the RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
