Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You will help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; on-site in Lone Tree, CO. Growth opportunities include advancing to roles such as Clinical Administrators, Operations Managers, and BCBA; eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, holidays, and other perks. You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification and guaranteed full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
