Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification; Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree eligible pay scale shown); roles include potential involvement with nearby ABC clinics and guaranteed full-time hours. Location: Tucson, AZ; schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; position includes competitive benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time availability ( Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm )
