Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, data collection, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active throughout sessions, maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires Bachelors Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided; occasional support to nearby clinics may occur. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time role in Brighton, CO with competitive pay: Bachelors Degree $20–$25.50/hour; Masters Degree $20–$28/hour. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old or older
- Comfortable with active pace and floor work
