Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth. Eligible to earn a raise after RBT certification; paid training and fully covered RBT certification upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with movement and floor activities with children
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset; willingness to support nearby ABC clinic if needed
