Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional providing one-to-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and RBT certification are provided (Certification can be earned within 20 days of hire). Growth opportunities include advancement to roles such as Clinical Administrators, Operations Managers, and BCBA.
