Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Action Behavior Centers provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and RBT certification are provided. Full-time daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with potential Saturday coverage; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
