Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional supporting children with autism ages 18 months to 8 years through play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy sessions, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Requires Bachelor’s Degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reliable attendance, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time positions with guaranteed hours and paid training.
