Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional position supporting children ages 18 months to 8 years with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn via play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged in therapy, maintain a safe, organized environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role offers paid training and certification support (RBT), with salary based on education level (Bachelor's or Master’s degree) and ABA experience, and provides growth opportunities into roles such as BCBA or clinic leadership. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays, and employment is full-time.
