Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. You’ll follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, offers paid training and fully covers RBT certification, and provides full-time hours (8am–5pm) at our Burnsville, MN location. There is potential for occasional nearby clinic support. Responsibilities include staying active during sessions and ensuring high-quality care for participants.
