Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team. Requires Bachelor's Degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with optional Saturdays) at 865 S. Watson, Buckeye, AZ; guaranteed full-time hours and paid training with RBT certification coverage.
