Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, while staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Paid training is provided and you will have the opportunity to earn your RBT certification (fully covered) after hire. The role emphasizes caring for children with autism and supporting their communication, social, and independent skills development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active physical therapy and getting on/off the floor
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
