Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth; position requires a Bachelor's Degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Full-time hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided; compensation varies by education level: Bachelor’s Degree $21–$27.25/hour, Master’s Degree $22–$28/hour.
