Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and movement, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Training includes paid onboarding and full coverage of the RBT certification. Bachelor’s degree holders have pay tiers of $20–$25.50 per hour (adjusted with experience); Master’s degree holders earn $20–$28 per hour. This is a full-time role with immediate start dates and opportunities for growth within Action Behavior Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
