Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play and activities, staying active during sessions, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; provides paid training and fully covers RBT certification; no prior experience required, with opportunities for growth into leadership/BCBA tracks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 18 years old+
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-Time schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; occasional Saturdays)
