Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, data collection, facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reliable attendance, and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
