Job Summary
Direct Support Professional position focusing on one-to-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years. Implement personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and facilitate learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team to promote growth. Paid training and RBT certification are provided; bachelor’s degree holders are prioritized with salary based on education level. Requires 18+ and ability to lift up to 30 lbs; willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time, on-site at Phoenix, AZ location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active, floor-based activities with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
