Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Role involves maintaining a safe therapy environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and possibly assisting nearby clinics. Requires Bachelor’s Degree; paid RBT certification provided within 20 days of hire; ability to lift up to 30 lbs; reliable attendance; and willingness to participate in ongoing growth within Action Behavior Centers.
Required Qualifications
