Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; requires Bachelor’s Degree.
