Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; paid training is provided. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours, along with benefits including health/Dental/Vision, holidays, PTO, and growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and moving on/off floor
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
