Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time with paid training and fully covered RBT certification; minimum 18 years old with a Bachelor's degree and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
