Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional role focusing on one-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's degree and completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; offers paid training, competitive hourly pay based on degree level ($21–$27.25/hr for Bachelor’s; $22–$28/hr for Master’s) with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
