Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Must have a Bachelor’s degree; paid RBT certification provided within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time with guaranteed hours and comprehensive benefits. Salary varies by education level: Bachelor’s degree typically $20–$25.50/hour (annualized to $41,600–$53,040) and Master’s degree options up to $28/hour (noted in posting). Location is Brooklyn Park, MN; fitness for lifting up to 30 lbs and physical activity during therapy are expected.
