Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play (movement, reading, games, hands-on activities), staying active and engaged during therapy, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's degree; paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location in Phoenix, AZ. Opportunities for growth within Action Behavior Centers and potential for nearby clinic coverage as needed. Salary varies by education/ABA experience: Bachelor’s Degree $21–$27.25/hour; Master’s Degree $22–$28/hour; first raise after RBT certification.
