Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional needed to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy, maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Compensation varies by education level (Bachelor’s Degree: $21–$27.25/hr; Master’s: $22–$28/hr) with raises after RBT certification. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided; full-time schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Must be at least 18, possess a Bachelor’s Degree, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
