Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional works one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy sessions, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team focused on child growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree; paid training and RBT certification are provided; opportunities for growth within ABC. Position is full-time with daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and optional Saturdays; location in Littleton, CO.
