Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered; advancement opportunities within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Experience in childcare, psychology, or related fields a plus
Desired Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred
- ABA therapy experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Developmental Disabilities/Related field
