Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; paid RBT certification will be provided and completed within 20 days of hire. Full-time hours with predictable daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; optional Saturdays). Located in Farmington, MN; lifting up to 30 lbs; opportunity for growth and benefits.
