Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional needed to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in ABA therapy settings. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during sessions, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree ( Master’s degree positions exist with higher pay), ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time with paid training and fully covered RBT certification, benefits, and growth opportunities. Location: Cottage Grove, MN. This role is performed on-site with guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for advancement to roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or BCBA.
