Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional role providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain an active pace and a clean, safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team. Requires active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) within 20 days of hire and a high school diploma; hourly pay is determined by education level, with Bachelor’s degree earning a higher range. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Location is in-clinic at Loveland, CO. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs. This role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and ongoing growth opportunities toward leadership and BCBA pathways.
