Job Summary
Provide direct care and support based on each individual's care plan, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and meal preparation. Transport individuals safely to appointments, recreational activities, and work programs while monitoring for changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral health. Document services provided and maintain a safe, clean environment. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean record is required. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with competitive hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with an acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
