Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) position in Minnesota/Iowa with Crest Services. Provide resident-focused care in group home settings, supporting daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep) and assisting with medical-related tasks including catheter care and wound management. Maintain a safe, clean living environment, monitor health and behavior changes, and help transport residents to appointments. Collaborate with healthcare staff to deliver holistic care. Requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and English proficiency. Experience in medical/caregiving settings preferred but not required; strong dependability, attention to detail, and compassion are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Experience with catheter care and wound management is a big plus
