Direct Support Professional

Assist individuals with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming while supporting community integration and social engagement. Administer medication if certified, maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, and implement individualized care plans to ensure a safe environment. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
