Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in personal care, meals, and mobility support while encouraging participation in daily activities and community outings. Help clients build relationships and develop independence through person-centered support in both day programs and residential settings. Document daily activities and progress using case management software. This role offers a Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. schedule with hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $18.65. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred, along with experience using Therap case management systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to provide person-centered support in a respectful and inclusive way
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
