Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to 2-4 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene and medical support, daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, activity planning), and accompanying individuals to appointments, errands, and community events. Work within an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness, autonomy, and community inclusion. Requires dependable, punctual performance; ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to accompany individuals into the community. Required Qualifications
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be able to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver and reposition 50 lbs.
