Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in Milwaukie, OR providing high-quality personal care and support to adults with disabilities in group-home settings. Responsibilities include assisting with medications, cooking, dressing, personal hygiene, and cleaning; observing and following Behavior Support Plans; performing nursing tasks as trained; monitoring health indicators (vital signs, weight, sleep, mood); assisting with transportation and community outings; and communicating professionally with family, medical professionals, and other staff. Requires a valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience, flexibility to work weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Licensed driver with at least two years' driving experience required for day and swing shifts
