Job Summary
Support adults with daily activities, independence, and self-advocacy while assisting with personal care and hygiene respectfully. Monitor and document basic health information including vitals and blood glucose as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while participating in activities, instruction, and engagement. Work as part of a caring, collaborative team within a mission-driven setting. Full-time Monday through Friday hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm with no nights or weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; CNA or CMA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
- Comfortable working with adults with disabilities or aging adults
- Able to perform moderately physical tasks
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months (if hired as a driver)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or customer service
