Direct Support Professional ADT (PART TIME)

Direct Support Professional for Adult Day Training Center in Jacksonville Beach (PART TIME). Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition and Behavior Management Programs, maintaining safety procedures, documenting progress, completing assessments and monthly/quarterly/annual documentation, assisting with medication after training/certification, preparing lesson plans, and collaborating with the ADT Supervisor to problem-solve participant changes. Requires teamwork, strong written/oral communication, and adherence to Participant Bill of Rights and normalization principles. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (one year experience preferred), CPR/First Aid and Safety Care certifications, a valid Florida driver's license, and reliable transportation. Shifts are Monday through Friday 7am–3pm; benefits are provided in a part-time context.
