Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) role providing in-home care to seniors and people with disabilities. Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing), helping with household tasks and meals, transporting members to appointments and errands, supporting self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring), observing and reporting changes in condition, and ensuring safety. Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of in-home care experience; driving responsibilities and background check clearances are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
