Job Summary
Assist individuals with neurodiversity in working toward personalized goals by delivering customized services tailored to their preferences and building a system of natural supports. Drive individuals to community activities and events daily while providing on-the-job coaching to foster independence and encourage the development of interpersonal skills. This role requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and $50,000 auto liability insurance to reliably travel throughout Allegany and Garrett County. You will receive $16.00 per hour plus a $20 auto allowance and mileage reimbursement, working Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have positive driving record
- Must have access to daily use of personal vehicle
- Must carry a minimum of $50,000 Automobile Liability Insurance
- Excellent understanding of time management
- Strong ability to think creatively
- Strong ability to develop solid internal and external relationships with resources in the community
