Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Build meaningful relationships while helping participants integrate into the community and enjoy favorite activities. Maintain valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and strong communication skills.
