Job Summary
Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration. Support residents in activities, community outings, and skill-building while promoting their independence and dignity. Document daily notes, training steps, and updates in Therap, and communicate important information to supervisors and team members. Follow safety, infection control, and agency policies while maintaining professionalism and teamwork. Work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and every other weekend from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Social Security number
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to pass required background and reference checks
- Overnight Shift Availability Required
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): 8:00 PM/9:00 PM – 8:00 AM/9:00 AM
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours
- Regular standing

Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver)
